I love to write. In fact it is my yoga when it comes to relaxing. When I started to write; the stories filled my head and repeated over and over until I let the words travel through my fingers to the key board. Then I started to sleep with a note-book and a pen. Then I couldn’t sleep at all because the stories would wake me at all hours in order to get the information correct and down on paper. I soon found that if I didn’t write it down it stayed in my brain until I did. Now when I sit at the computer the stories come in a rush of words flowing from the brain to the screen and I am able to sleep at night most of the time.
